Why me?

I’m not one to market myself under any circumstances. I always believed that people would see my value without me having to tell them. But, now as I try to build my business, I find that it is important to explain why I think that you should trust me.
I am a coach because I love people, and it is easy for me to see the best in them. I want to help people become the best versions of themselves, by discovering the best parts of who you are, and leaning into those things.
I am a natural listener. I have no bias about your past, so it will make it easy for you to tell me the things that you want me to know. If you are coming to me, then I take for granted that you want to grow, and take steps towards becoming the person you want to be.

What will this look like?
One-on-one conversation and exercises designed to learn about you, guided practices to learning to love yourself – discovering the things that make you happy and give you purpose.
